1. Return policy
You have a 14-day right of return when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:
Have received your item
You get the last item in physical possession when it agrees on several things, is ordered in one order, and delivered individually.
You get the last batch, or the last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement to supply a product consisting of several lots or parts.
Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org Remember to state your order number. In your message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of return.
You can not return simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
You must send your goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
If you contact Customer Service before returning, we will pay the item's cost. However, if you return without contacting us in advance, you will have to pay the return costs yourself.
All parts of an item must be returned upon exchange. If, for example, a pack of 6, 12 pcs. or more items, they must all be returned.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed correctly. You bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore save the postal receipt and, possibly, the track and trace number.
You lose your right of return if:
You break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, for example, health food products, cosmetics, etc. The term "seal" also includes special packaging, which protects the product and serves as security that the product has not been opened.
3. Refund of the purchase amount and return of the item
If you reject your purchase, you will, of course, get back the amount you have paid to us, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
If you have purchased several items in an order and only refused part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not get the difference refunded.
We will refund your payment without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we have been notified of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned.

It is also possible to return goods by the cancellation to our premises in Hårlev, if your electronic invoice from us is brought. You will receive this invoice attached via our email.
We need the following information when you send the item to us:
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs. Attach your invoice number.
4. Right of appeal
